Participation in any training program offered by Bender Safety & Training Corporation is voluntary and undertaken at the participantβs own risk. While we strive to provide safe, high-quality instruction, Bender Safety & Training Corporation is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of attending a course, class, or training event, whether held in person or online.
All participants are required to complete a waiver and consent form prior to participation. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.
