Participation in any training program offered by Bender Safety & Training Corporation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. While we strive to provide safe, high-quality instruction, Bender Safety & Training Corporation is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of attending a course, class, or training event, whether held in person or online.

All participants are required to complete a waiver and consent form prior to participation. Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.

By registering for a course, you acknowledge and accept this liability notice.

We take reasonable and appropriate steps to secure your personal information, including student records, payment details, and training history. However, no system is entirely immune to cyber threats.
