• BSTC staff, volunteers, and affiliates are permitted to participate.
• Purchaser must provide accurate contact information at checkout.
• Winner will be contacted using the information provided during purchase.
• Bender Safety & Training Corporation will assist in coordinating pickup of the prize package.
• Bender Safety & Training Corporation will cover applicable taxes, registration fees, title fees, and transfer fees directly associated with the purchase and transfer of the raffle items from Carns Equipment.
• Winners may still be responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local income taxes associated with raffle winnings and/or prize value reporting requirements.
• Winners may be required to complete IRS Form W-2G or other applicable tax documentation as required by law.
• Bender Safety & Training Corporation is not responsible for any personal income tax liability, reporting obligations, or additional tax payments owed by the winner related to raffle winnings.
